Dymaxium is pleased to announce that the following new team members will be joining our teams in the US and Canada.  They will be joining us as lead consultants working with our clients and project teams in the implementation of Modeling, Economic Value Communication and Outcomes Analyzer projects.   They bring to Dymaxium over 20 years of pharmaceutical, healthcare consulting, and managed care experience.

RUSSELL BECKER

Project Director, Health Economics & Outcomes Research

Russ brings over 12 years of outcomes research experience to Dymaxium, supporting product development from Phase II through post-launch. Russ has extensive experience with health economics modeling, including budget impact and decision analysis models, from design through final application and/or publication. 

Prior to joining Dymaxium, Russ was a Senior Manager with IMS Health/ValueMedics Research and Ovation Research Group, specializing in developing various types of health economic modeling projects in the areas of cancer, HIV/AIDS, urology, cardiology, and osteoarthritis. He also worked for PAREXEL International, a large contract research organization, in the Outcomes Research Unit.

Russ earned his M.A. from the University of Virginia in Economics and a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University in Business with a minor in Economics.

LORA TODOROVA

Manager, Health Economics & Outcomes Research

Lora brings to Dymaxium over 5 years of pharmaceutical and health care consulting experience with Bristol-Myers Squibb and KPMG Consulting. She has supported product development from Phase II through post-launch with experience in modeling, development of value propositions, reimbursement, health economic strategies and payer presentations. She has managed health economics dossiers for submissions to the Canadian Agency for Drug and Technology in Health and Canadian Provinces.

Recently, she has worked in the following areas: virology (Chronic Hepatitis B and HIV/AIDS), and hypertension (ARB class). Lora also has experience in the area of health planning, analysis and establishing a health service network in a public health insurance company. Lora has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Master's Degree in Public Health.

JIM SHAHRIAR

Manager, Health Economics & Outcomes Research

Jim brings us over 7 years of healthcare decision maker and health outcomes experience working with Marin General Hospital, St. Luke's Medical Center, Blue Shield of California and NDC Health Information Services. Jim has been involved in evaluating/interpreting medical literature for new therapies, performing database analysis using pharmacy and medical claims data, and implementing programs in the utilization of pharmaceutical products in a managed care population.

Jim earned his PharmD from the University of Kansas, and his MS with the University of Arizona specializing in Health Economics, Policy and Outcomes Research.
